Open the door at EVIA and you will be greeted with the most amazing aroma of Greek specialties...the restaurant is tiny, just a few tables for dine-in and was super-charming. The meals were delicious: *Dolmathes, or stuffed grape leaves, with lemon to start, just enough to share as an appetizer and perfectly seasoned. *Pork Yeero Americana was extremely flavorful and delicious * Moussaka, or Greek vegetable casserole with beef, was hearty with well seasoned beef. The salad served with it was so large, it could be shared; salad dressing was housemade, light and flavorful. *Green tea, in a can, imported from Greece added to the Greek feel...photos of all are posted. Clean plate and no room for dessert! HIGHLY recommend and will return.
